• 100g sugar
• 200g butter
• 300g flour
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• 1 vanilla pillet
• Red fruit compote
Mix the sugar with the flour. Add the butter chopped into little pieces, the ginger and the vanilla. Add the egg and wrap the dough well.
After well kneaded it wraps in adherent film is allowed to cool a little in the refrigerator. The Dough is spread on the table, sprinkled a little with flour, or spread on vegetable paper (with one sheet underneath and another on top). Do not leave neither too thin nor too thick. With the help of a cutter, make circles and in some, cut small circles.
Then, go to the oven at 180ºC for approximately 20 minutes. You should check if they are turning golden. Remove and let cool completely. Then the cookies use as base are the ones complete. So this are filled, and then the cookies without slices in the center are placed over it. For the filling we can choose a filling, in this case we used a filling of red berries jam.
