Iceland

These days I often find myself revisiting my favorite travels form the last few years and, oh boy, Iceland is definitely in the top three! Iceland was the most unique and mind-blowingly beautiful place I’ve ever visited. Mossy lava fields, geothermal areas with bubbling pools of mud and steaming fumaroles, majestic glaciers and so much more! Being there felt like seeing the past and the future of our planet simultaneously! We rented a car and camped all the way through the trip, we cooked in the public kitchens of the many campgrounds Iceland has to offer and drove for hours every day, we enjoyed hot springs and tried traditional Icelandic fish soup. Trip to Iceland was so good to my body and soul, and it is definitely a place I would love to visit again!
