Coconut milk yogurt with blueberries + mango

– small carton of organic blueberries
– one organic mango, peeled and chopped
– puree both in a food processor until smooth
– add one carton of plain unsweetened coconut milk yogurt


Apple + purple carrot + quinoa

– two peeled and chopped organic honey crisp apples
– one cup of diced and steamed purple carrots
– 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
– one tablespoon of quinoa cereal
– breastmilk of formula to thin out the puree
– puree all together in food processor


Butternut squash + black bean finger foods

– one peeled, diced, and steamed organic butternut squash
– 1/2 can of organic no salt added black beans
– 1/2 tsp of cumin
– mix together and serve
