Hand picked with love

” This was my first full film shoot after the Belle Lumiere workshop and first time taking my daughter berry picking. I’ve always loved capturing candid moments and I knew that my daughter would be beyond excited to go berry picking because those are her favourite fruits. When we got to the farm, we handed her the basket and just let her go. Unfortunately it was the end of the strawberry season so there weren’t many strawberries left but I loved her determination anyway. After awhile, we moved to the raspberry fields which were in season and she was on a mission, grabbing the berries by 2s and 3s. It was a wonderful memory that I’m so happy I captured on film that I’ll be able to show her remind her of the fun she had that day. ”  – Heidi
