” I wanted to really test my favorite color negative film to see how it handled under and over exposure. I know there are a lot of tests like this out there but sometimes yo just got to do it for yourself. These are straight scans from Photovision. I only opened them in Photoshop to place the shutter speed on the image. Rated at 200, my light meter told me correct exposure was 1/250 ” – Mike from Brushfire Photography
Great comparison chart! I think our vote is either with 1/125 or 1/60, though you can see the dress starts to go a little pink there. 1/125 for sure!!
Thanks for sharing these! I personally like any of them from 1/500 to 1/15. Which is why I love film. In specific Fuji 400H. It handles overexposure so well!
I’m with Michael and Carina: 1/125 gets my vote! Try and do this with digital – looooove 400H and P400 🙂
Love this! thank you for sharing this. It’s very helpful!
I would go for 1/125 to 1/30! I love the greens in those ones
