“ ‘Lace + Longing’ …the quiet moments of this editorial were dreamed up inside of a larger wedding editorial. I found the quiet beauty of our model, along with the motion and movement of her gorgeous lace from Madalyn Joy Designs, to be inspiring. So, I began shooting away this feature-within-a-feature. The light danced between moody + delicately pink. Inspiration flowed while we were nestled away on a quaint farm in Burlington, Wisconsin. I loaded up my Pentax 645n with Fuji 400H, captured until my heart was full, and let Photovision work their magic. ” – Carly
