Elaine Chang | Catskills, NY | elainechangphotography.com
“ At the Loom Curated Workshop in Catskills, New York, we photographers were given the opportunity to shoot a real couple spending a slow afternoon together. This pair had spent the last ten years together, and this cozy kitchen was the perfect setting to display their intimate, lived-in love. The minimal, neutral styling kept the environment organic and relaxed, keeping the focus on the interactions of the couple. Rather than posing and controlling every movement, Ginny gave them the room to interact in their own natural way, which allowed us to capture their love in its honest, authentic state. All of the emotions and the way they touched were genuine and so beautifully unique to them. Their love was palpable, and this session will be one that will stay with me for a lifetime. ” – Elaine
