” Sometimes all you need for a stunning boudoir session is a beautiful lace robe. Add a breathtaking Parisian apartment bathing in dreamy morning light, and it quickly becomes nothing short of magical. Featuring a classic fireplace, wooden floors, and a jaw dropping 12 foot decorated ceiling, this unique location was located in the heart of the city of light and love.
The delicate handmade lace dress was provided by French designer Felicia Doazan (with Mes Petites Dentelles), whose elegant creations breath a majestic sense of luxury. By using a minimalist approach, I kept the focus on beauty, merely adding a few candles for a romantic air to the images. ” – Audra

[…] For this session in the city of light and love, I wanted to preserve the romantic elegance of the light creating shape, by using a minimalist approach and focusing on small details. The stunningly delicate handmade lace robe gave a majestic sense of luxury to the scene, and I love how the tones of the soft whites, blues and candlelight were captured within the grain. Film photography is such a perfect fit with boudoir sessions, adding a romantic and dreamy veil to every frame. I look forward to shooting more of these beautiful sessions in the year ahead!
