” For this shoot, we wanted to draw on the beauty of the surroundings with an organic and slightly whimsical feel. The color palette is simple and neutral: almost-white blushes, foraged silvery greens, and a hint of black and yellow in the centers of the anemones and peonies. Peonies are always a good choice–everyone loves them. Their texture is gentle and feather-like and the blush/white anemones are interesting. The bouquet and centerpiece were very simple, but more loose to have a “just picked” feeling to go along with the easygoing nature of this lovely couple. The soft pink plates and black napkins tie back in with the florals and ribbon as well as our couple’s wardrobe, and we added a touch of gold with the flatware and candles. ” – Jeremy & Amanda
